Checks and prints MIFARE Application Directory (MAD)

usage:
    hf mfp mad [--dch]

options:
    -h, --help                     This help
    -v, --verbose                  Verbose output
    --aid <hex>                    Print all sectors with aid
    -k, --key <hex>                Key for printing sectors
    -b, --keyb                     Use key B for access printing sectors (def: key A)
    --be                           (optional: BigEndian)
    --dch                          Decode Card Holder information

examples/notes:
    hf mfp mad
    hf mfp mad --aid e103 -k d3f7d3f7d3f7d3f7d3f7d3f7d3f7d3f7      -> read and print NDEF data from MAD aid
