Make a GET DATA request to an ADF of a SEOS card

By default:
  - ADF OID  : 2B0601040181E438010102011801010202
  - Key Index: 0

usage:
    hf seos pacs [--ki <dec>]

options:
    -h, --help                     This help
    -o, --oid <hex>                <0-100> hex bytes for OID (Default: 2B0601040181E438010102011801010202)
    --ki <dec>                     Specify key index to set key in memory

examples/notes:
    hf seos pacs
    hf seos pacs --ki 1
    hf seos pacs -o 2B0601040181E438010102011801010202 --ki 0
