Enables simulation of Noralsy card with specified card number.
Simulation runs until the button is pressed or another USB command is issued.

usage:
    lf noralsy sim [-y <dec>]

options:
    -h, --help                     This help
    --cn <dec>                     Noralsy card ID
    -y, --year <dec>               tag allocation year

examples/notes:
    lf noralsy sim --cn 1337
    lf noralsy sim --cn 1337 --year 2010
