usage:
    mem spiffs view [-h] -f <fn> [-c <dec>]

options:
    -h, --help                     This help
    -f, --file <fn>                SPIFFS file to view
    -c, --cols <dec>               column breaks (def 16)

examples/notes:
    mem spiffs view -f tag.bin
